Use our In-App Support
You can use the In-App feedback option to raise an issue by using the ‘Submit Feedback’ button.
Here you can submit Bugs, Issues, and Suggestions, along with a description. We also capture information such as the page you are viewing, who is logged in, and information about the action being performed when you raise an In-App Support request to assist with troubleshooting.
Our extensive online support documentation provides you instructions on all of our Loome modules. Simply go to Loome Docs and select the relevant module. Alternatively you can search for a particular topic or area of interest.
Access our Support Portal
You can also access our support portal on Yammer. Our Yammer network contains product specific forums where you can raise anything from a support request to a query about how best to do something within Loome. We recommend you sign up for the forum ahead of the need to raise an issue as your membership request will first need to be approved before you can view and post in the forum.
