What is Salesforce Chatter?
Salesforce Chatter is an enterprise real-time social collaboration tool which combines data sharing and communication in order to facilitate team productivity. It can be used as an employee directory, a company intranet or a group-based communication tool. Chatter connect to the Salesforce platform in order to more easily manage and collaborate on sales leads and pipelines, opening up the ability to quickly assign, comment and action leads at any point in the sales process.
