How it works
A single, integrated experience
Publishing a report (or asset) in the portal is simple. Registering a few mandatory fields such as title, business area, asset type and URL (where applicable) is all that is needed to ensure the report is available to find, comment on, and even target to the right person or department. What makes Loome Publish unique, is the ability to configure the ability to embed certain asset types allowing you to view the report (asset) directly in the portal, without being directed to an external application or site.
All of the functionality of the portal is retained, including security normally applied to the report outside of the portal environment.
