How it works

You can use the default data classifications provided or you can add your own to support each data management policy of your organization.

Your chosen data classifications can then be applied to your projects, and in turn these projects will be classified according to your data management policies.

To set up a data classification or to edit one of our default classifications, just head to the data classifications page and click on ‘Add New’ or ‘Edit’. Here you can change the name, description, icon, whether you want to allow changing the Data Classification of a project that has already been created, and whether you want to enable the option to connect to data repositories for projects that use this Data Classification.
